A little over a month ago, I finally launched a long-discussed weekly poker game at my house. Now, being the adventurous cook that I am, I simply could not have a group of people over and not take advantage of the opportunity to cook. So, every week, while everyone is arriving and settling in, I whip up an astonishingly tasty meal for eight people.
